By downloading, installing, or using Matchframe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Matchframe is an AI-powered dating photo coaching and generation app. The App analyzes your dating profile photos, provides recommendations based on research data, and generates AI photos to fill gaps in your profile.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Matchframe. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
You agree to use Matchframe only for its intended purpose: improving your own dating profile photos. You may not:
Photos generated by the App are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for realistic, high-quality results:
You retain ownership of photos you upload and photos generated for you. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing our services.
One-time purchase. The Photo Coach + Generation package is a one-time purchase of $19.99 (USD) that includes 30 generation credits. Each "Generate" action uses 1 credit and produces multiple photo options.
Credit top-ups. Additional credits (10 for $4.99 USD) may be purchased as needed.
No refunds for credits used. Since generation credits are consumed immediately upon use, used credits cannot be refunded. For unused credits, refund requests are handled through Apple's standard refund process.
Subscriptions. If applicable, subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Photo analysis and coaching recommendations are available for free. Generation of AI photos requires a purchase.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Dating advice and photo recommendations are based on aggregate research data and may not apply to every individual or platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matchframe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of matches, or emotional distress.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
